Proximal Development

It will be a few more hours before the dust settles, as parents deliberate on the choice of schools for Primary 6 students. While the choice may be clear for some, it will be more complicated for others, possibly with choice of streams involved.

As we progress, it is inevitable that the society gets more competitive. This is true not just for the working class, but also for students. Hence, it’s only through hardship that individuals toughen up and become adults. It’s alright to not do well in the context of trying, rather than avoiding a choice in view of potential failure.
