Learning Approach

Learning approach…

Most primary school students go to examination halls having just one tool to tackle sums: Model Method.

While this is the mainstream method adopted by local schools, it does not necessarily mean that this is the most holistic approach, as certain questions will require moderate consideration to even draft out one model.

It is often necessary to equip students with another set of knowledge to be able to either excel, or do damage-mitigation works. This is possible through the combination of analysis and algebra.

For secondary school students, a paradigm shift in the learning methodology is needed, as students transit from primary to secondary school learning.

With weekends the only likely time left to consolidate their work, my goal is to make students feel totally at ease whenever they see me. The key for all students is to make lessons as enjoyable as possible, even without them feeling that this is actually one!
